Okay, you might have seen this picture of Static (my fancharacter):

You might not. Well, I recently got Photoshop and I was able to add a little shading. Here it is:

the face should be more round. i like the colouring of the head tho

I think that it may be an improvement to move the lightning bolt to the back layer
