Alright so I was working on the first level for Blaze Adventure (Coral Cove) and I found this really creepy voice that sounds like eggman (but I actually discovered it a LONG time ago when I first beat the game on gamecube and accidentally did the mission 54 glitch [or was it 53]).

I apologize for the turtle pic I needed to make it a video in order to upload it and I just chose the first thing I saw... which was the turtle lol! 8D

Yep, that's Eggman. It sounds like
Spoiler:
one of his menu voice clips that you get from playing as Metal Sonic.

But if I'm correct it sounds like an alternate version of it.
