i disagree,is not better then memory editer. i dont want to instail cheat engine to use it and with the memory editer i can easily put 23 chao in one garden and dont need to instail,plus goto other levels like shortcuts LONG LIVE MEMORY EDITOR

This thing is only for editing chao's. The memory editor has more options like 5 debug modes, stage selection, and some more. So I agree with Darkon for this one.

if this is for gamecube then i have hacked my dark chao,ya i hacked him into be comming a shadow chao.
but if its for pc,i only have the trial verson of sadx sorry:(

You can hack Chao on GC with an Action Replay, or a GCN-GBA cable, Sonic Advance, Gameshark with a USB connector, and an emulator on the PC.
I was going to make a Chao Editor (like GerbilSoft's) with all this stuff, but I got bored.
